Our Story

Built By People Who Have Run Events

We have stood at the gate, watched an on-sale wobble and waited on money that should already have landed. Tickethaul exists because the people who take that risk should be the ones who own what comes out of it.

The Deal Most Organisers Get Offered

Putting on an event is the hard part. You book the talent, sign the contracts, carry the cost of the build and lie awake over how many tickets have gone. Then, at the moment it all pays off, you hand the fans over to somebody else.

That is what a lot of ticketing still looks like. The buyer's email address goes into somebody else's database. The purchase history sits somewhere you cannot reach. When you want to promote the next one, you find yourself paying to reach an audience you built yourself.

On top of that sits the fee. It gets added at checkout, blamed on nobody in particular, and it comes out of the goodwill you spent years building. Your fans do not read it as a platform charge. They read it as your price.

What We Do Differently

Tickethaul is built on a simple position. The audience belongs to the organiser, and everything else follows from that.

  • Your event, your artwork and your name on the ticket. Tickethaul Studio runs the on-sale and stays out of the way of the relationship.
  • The fan data is yours. Names, emails, purchase history, attendance. Export it, use it, build on it.
  • Fees are agreed with you before anything goes live. No surprises at checkout, no charges nobody can explain.
  • Free to set up, with no monthly platform fee. You are not paying for a seat licence in a quiet month.

The same thinking runs through the product. Tickethaul Shield is built to keep bots and touts away from your allocation so more tickets reach real buyers. Smart On-Sale and Presale Access give you control over who gets in first and how the rush is handled. EasyExchange lets fans sort their own changes instead of filling your inbox. Tickethaul Reach turns the data you already own into the sales tool it should have been all along. Tickethaul Live gets people through the gate quickly, and tells you who actually turned up.

Serious Tools Should Not Be A Luxury

The biggest venues have always had the good stuff. Proper access control, real time reporting, a clean route from browsing to seat, protection against the people who buy tickets purely to sell them on. None of that is magic. It is engineering, and engineering gets cheaper.

What has not changed is the pricing model around it. Too often the capability sits behind a contract that only makes sense at a certain scale, which leaves a promoter running four hundred capacity rooms, or a club filling a few thousand seats, working with tools that are years behind.

We think that is backwards. A grassroots club and a large arena face the same problems on sale day, just at different volumes. So we build one platform, at one standard, and let the size of the event decide how much of it you switch on.

Where We Are Going

The direction is one system from on-sale to gate. Not a ticketing tool bolted to a scanning app bolted to a spreadsheet, but a single place where pricing, allocation, access, entry and reporting all understand each other.

Tickethaul Boost

Boost is the next step, and it is coming. The idea is straightforward. You already hold the information that tells you who buys early, who buys late, who comes back and who never made it through checkout. Boost puts that to work on filling the seats you have left, so promotion stops being a guess made three weeks out.

Everything we add gets measured against the same question. Does this leave the organiser with more of what they built, or less? If the answer is less, we do not ship it.

Come And Have A Look

The fastest way to judge any of this is to see it running against your own events. Book a demo and we will walk through your on-sale, your seating, your fees and your data, and show you exactly how Tickethaul would handle it.
