How We Work

We are a small team, so nobody sits far from the work. You will own things properly, make decisions without waiting for three layers of sign off, and see what you built used by organisers within weeks rather than quarters.

We stay close to customers. Everyone here talks to organisers, listens in on calls, and reads the support queue. The best ideas we have shipped came from someone noticing the same complaint twice.

Event days matter more than anything else. When a gate is open and a queue is building, that is the moment the product either works or it does not. We plan around those days and we back each other up on them.

We talk straight. If something is broken we say so, if a plan is wrong we change it, and if you need help you ask early. What we look for in people:

• You care about the people using the thing you built, not just the thing itself.
• You are comfortable with the mess of live events and can stay calm when the day gets busy.
• You say what you think clearly and take feedback without taking it personally.
• You finish things. Started and nearly done is not done.
• You are happy learning the details of an industry that runs on timing, trust and small margins.
